Being that I'm not a fan of sweet foods, when I started juicing I came up with these recipes for juices that will appeal to people like me that don't have a sweet tooth.
HALF-SPECTRUM JUICENamed for the colors of the R-O-Y-G part of the color spectrum, this 5-serving fruit/veggie blend is a tart, refreshing drink.RED - one red apple
ORANGE - one carrot
YELLOW - 1/2 lemon, with peel*
GREEN - one green apple, one celery stalk
Juice apples, carrot, lemon and then celery stalk. Follow with 2 tablespoons of water to flush the pulp*.
